Live is hard sometimes, isn’t? If you are reading this you are probably part of a very lucky group in the planet. You are part of a tribe, if I can call it a tribe, witch share a similar ritual – to complain about IMAGINARY problems.
So here goes an exercise you can do when you fell overwhelmed by your IMAGINARY issues:
1 – Pretend you are up in the ceiling watching yourself
2 – Just notice how silly you are, notice your physiology, keep watching until you can see it clearly
3 – Smile and say it to yourself: “stop complicating life and start living it – be grateful for what you have because what you have is great; and if you don’t think it is great, remember this: it is all your fault”!
4 – Once you fell better, SMILE then go and tell someone how good you are felling now and make sure you help this person fell it as well
5 – Once you’ve completed this “task”, get up in the ceiling again and look down – ooopss, your problem has disappeared!
6 – Write down what you’ve learned and keep practicing.
There are thousands of people in the world with bigger problems, and you won’t be able to help them if you can even help yourself. Be the BEST you can be with what you have now and let the universe take care of the rest.

I don’t have an office at this stage because I don’t need one. I got the Broadbeach Library, one of my favorite places in the Gold Coast.
I enjoy:
- Very low overheads (only depreciation of my personal computer and car, and petrol)
- Thousands of free resources (books, audio books, mags, newspapers, video, etc)
- Free internet access
- Quiet and relaxing atmosphere (priceless)
- Coffee shop just outside (great coffee and customer service too)
- Stress free productivity
It’s free and priceless at the same time! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting work done.
